The Choicer Voicer is a browser-based voice-acting game. Audio you record is processed and stored locally in your browser so that you can replay, score, or export your take. We do not upload your recordings to our servers.
Analytics, embeds, and advertising
We use Plausible analytics to understand broad site usage, such as pages viewed and device type. Pages may also load YouTube embeds and a third-party sponsored advertising placement. Those providers may receive technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, browser details, and the page that loaded their service. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Accounts and leaderboard
If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles the sign-in process. To show a leaderboard, we store your display name, pack identifier, score, and score date with Supabase. The leaderboard is optional; you can use the game without signing in.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, we store the email address and message you submit so that we can respond to your request.
Browser storage
Your display name, progress, and recordings may be stored in your browser. You can remove them at any time by clearing this website’s browser data.
