Start short when testing your setup
A scene under a minute lets you confirm microphone access, hear your own playback, and learn the scoring loop without committing to a long session.
Use line count to choose the session
- Quick warm-up: short scenes or fewer lines, useful for a first recording test.
- Focused session: enough dialogue to retry and compare several takes.
- Extended session: more lines or a longer runtime when you want a complete performance workout.
Choose a clear practice focus
Single-speaker scenes are useful for concentrating on pace, energy, and line endings. Two-speaker scenes make you switch timing between roles. Scenes with several speakers test attention and transitions.
Read before you commit
Every pack page exposes the full script, runtime, characters, and related scenes. Read a few lines before pressing Record so the challenge matches the time and mood you want.
